In particular, the innovative formation models in the scope of the formation facilities Siemens AG offers to other enterprises, and in the scope of the module formation facilities for disadvantaged young people were presented as instruments to create additional training places.

/cc/img/pool/key.jpg Mr. Luchterhand, director of the vocational training of the Siemens AG in the region north-east comprising altogether 11 federal states, stressed the good and productive co-operation with the DGB as social partner.

Common target remains the creation of as much company and company-close training places as possible and a high quality of the vocational training.
